I would like to see the ability to enable a leaner version of the portal and forums that can be made Section 508 compliant. Currently, these public-facing portions of the website are missing tags or attributes that prevent them from being made Section 508 compliant. To better serve our customers, our public-facing pages need to be Section 508 compliant, or close to it. For details on Section 508, see http://www.section508.gov/.
Without the ability to implement Section 508 compliance, Freshdesk is limiting the ability to gain customers in many areas of government and healthcare.
