In order to stay GDPR-compliant we need to delete contacts that we haven’t been in contact with for some time. Today this is a manual work. It would be nice if we could do one of this:
I submitted a ticket to support just yesterday about this very same topic. Right now we have no way of knowing which contacts are active and which are not. An automation to delete contacts after xx months of inactivity would be ideal.
I could also make do with being able to export the information. I made an enhancement request that the "Contacts" page "Export contacts function" be updated to include a checkbox for "Last Login Date/Time" as shown in my screen mock up below. Checking this checkbox would include the date and time the contact last logged in on the export file.
