Pre-paid support contract (block hours)

Hi 


We would like if possible to add support contract features. We as many other companies do sell pre-paid support hours (block hours). We would like to assign a monthly block of hours to each "company" and when time is logged against a ticket it will deduct from the pre-assigned hours. Then if the pre-paid hours run out or are low we can alert the user and customer that there may be overage billing.
