Pre-populating tasks for Service Requests

I was wondering if there was any way to attach a certain list of predetermined tasks to certain service requests. I would like to add tasks for agents to complete that are assigned to on-boarding service requests when they come in. For example, deploy laptop, setup phone, setup desk, etc.
