Print signature on the same printed service ticket

Hello Support,

When a service ticket is printed. Is it possible to print the customer's signature on the same PDF of the printed ticket?

This is an example concept:

 

The use case for this functionality is: when a technician needs to print and send a technical assistance copy, to be able to automatically add the signature on the printed ticket.

    I understand that you are looking to include the customer's signature inside the PDF when the "Print ticket" feature in Freshdesk is used in a Service task. Currently, the Print ticket option would only display the attachment name and not the signature.

     

    Valuing your feedback, we would be happy to pass this further to our product teams as an enhancement request and will definitely make some noise in our platform when we release product enhancements. Keep posting your ideas with us :)
