Print topic in Solutions with a FreshPlug

Our customers are very interested in being able to print our solutions. Could this be possible with FreshPlug?

I would like this option as well.  However, what I've discovered is that you can add CSS scripting that can define the print area so that they are not printing the header and footer information, just the solution.  I'm still trying to research how this is done but if I find out, I'll reply with my findings.

Hi Trace, thanks for this idea. I suppose you have to add this CSS scripting in all solutions. We would really like this printing within solutions in Freshdesk itself, but until then your idea could be a workaround. I will wait for your response.

Definitely should be part of Freshdesk's standard offering.  Printing is surely one of the most basic of requirements?

This feature is already available across plans . The users can now print or use the browser save option to save an article as a PDF document.
