Printing JPG files

Hi,

we are having problems with printing attachments from FreshDesk - specifically, when we need to print an attachment that is in JPG format. JPG files are the only ones that we can't print directly from FreshDesk - we have to save them locally and then print them ourselves. Are you planning to implement printing JPG files firectly from FreshDesk in the future?

Hello,


In case you're on the Classic UI, you'd be able to right click and open the image in a new tab. You can print the image file directly using the browser print function.


However, we're currently seeing reports of not being able to open the  image attachments in a new tab on the new Mint interface. Our devs have picked this up as a bug and will be solved soon.
