Proactive Outreach - Leverage tags for scoping target contacts

Currently, you can pick the customers you want to send email campaigns to via the CSV import, only. This is a very bulky and error prone process.

It would be great to scope the list of contacts the email campaign is sent to just via one or multiple tags of the contacts.
