Project Management assign to non-agents

It would be great if, in project management, I could—purely for informational purposes—assign tasks or tag stakeholders/key users to a project (even just as text). We need to see that certain tasks are assigned to someone who isn’t an agent without having to license them as a project collaborator. Info-only
