I am currently evaluating tools for a customer. Freshservice would be a perfect fit, were it not for some UX shortcomings in the project management module:
- Drag and drop sorting of tasks in the Gantt view
- Expand all/ collapse all buttons in the Gantt view (i.e. show all tasks in a task list)
Are these improvements in the product roadmap? I’ve seen the drag and drop functionality mentioned multiple times in this community, but never specifically for the Gantt view
