Project Notes

I am loving the new Project Management module. I'd like to see a tab for Notes, like there is in the ticket module - a place we can add extensive notes and images, that is dynamic. File attachments are static so that doesn't really work, and the Comments section is specific to tasks and limited to 255 chars, no images.
