Project tasks import - predecessor and successor

Hi Jennifer,

At the moment, Freshservice does not support importing tasks and subtasks along with their predecessor/successor relationships via the standard import functionality. While you can import tasks in bulk, the ability to define task dependencies (like predecessors and successors) during import is not currently available. 
You can reach out support@freshservice.com to raise this as an enhancement request.
