Hello,
Sometimes tickets contain mail track images to check if the agent opened the ticket or not by viewing the track image.
This kind of mail tracking is blocked on most of the email providers like Gmail, yahoo, outlook,... by disabling display external images.
Please check the attached images for how the Thunderbird and Gmail handle external images.
