Customers will want to print a Solution Article form time to time and the current output is pretty ugly as it's a basic web page print that pulls in irrelevant information, such as the search fields seen below.
- At a minimum, do not pull in any content not otherwise found in the article or forum,
- Provide some basic control over the presentation of standard headers and footers, even if this needs to be configured as part of the Portal's branding controls
