I'd like to have an option on the "Your Tickets" function on the support portal to see tickets that the user has been cc'd on.

This is useful for administrative support who have to submit tickets on behalf of people.  Please include this functionality!!

Hi

Bit of an old ticket i see. This is a function customers are asking for and is something available in JIRA. Either that or is there a way that cc users can see the whole context of the ticket that was originally logged before being cc’d into it.
