Public customer satisfaction

It would be really good to display the current customer satisfaction on my main website, something like the last 100 customers, 98 were very happy,  2 not happy, overhall customer happiness is 98%


I don't have a problem showing that we customers were not happy as it shows we deal with them also.

Hi Guys


Currently we don't have plans to make the Surveys to be sent as Public URL, but we will take this up in later updates

It is only the Satisfaction results, maybe this can be done with the API? other products do this already!

I know this post dates back over 2 years now, but this would be a really useful feature for those of us who are not running Freshdesk as internal helpdesk, and want to show our customer satisfaction to potential new business. Any chance this will ever become a feature?

The link isn't working, and as far as I can see there is still no way to display the satisfaction results publicly. Surely if we provide customer service we should be able to display how satisfied our customers are (or are not) on our websites or helpdesk portals?!

@Dsantonil: Can you please let us know if you're trying to include a widget that would let users to create tickets/feedbacks right from your website? If yes , please have a look at the Feedback widget option.
