Public Service Catalog Items

We really would like the ability to have public service catalog items where people can submit requests without logging in. If the submitter is not yet a customer, they could be automatically added at the time they submit the request. This functionality currently exists if a person submits an incident without logging in. I don't see why the service catalog couldn't work the same way.

    I just submitted a request for the same today. It’s unfortunate to see this was requested 8 years ago without any movement.
