I know it is frequently asked, but what it the status of the chrome extension, for a push notification when a new ticked is generated/a reply is sent.

Freshdesk is now powered by smart notifications that automatically keeps the agents alerted about the updates happening on their tickets. You can also enable Desktop notifications to be notified even when you're accessing a different tab in the browser.
