The Push to Slack automation option is unavailable in the new Slack app. CX is using old slack app where Push to slack is available but has 250 channels and we will be able to include only 100 channels using the Old app.
Switching to new app but this doesn’t have Push to Slack option. Kindly add this as a feature in the new slack app.
