I was thinking about a nice feature to have would be the possibility for an admin or an agent to design a quick action or series of simple actions with a design tool that would be similar to the workflows designer, to be able to call these “scripted” actions on the fly. This actions would be available to be run against a single record or a set of records and on most major objets (tickets, assets, tasks, …...). For example, if an agent notices incorrect data in some assets fields, design a set of actions that will correct the data without having to open every single record manually or to have to wait for someone to design a scheduled workflow to correct it.
I know that this would bring a heavy workload for the development team but i still think this feature would be really helpful and i hope it would be considered.
