My company uses Freshdesk for our ticketing system and Quickbase to maintain our CMDB. It would be great if there were a way to input a serial number for a new ticket, query Quickbase for the information on the device and auto-populate the ticket fields if the serial number is correct. Is anybody doing this with any external CMDB? Is this something that can be done?
