When tracking time in Freshdesk the time is brought over to quickbooks with a no billable rate. This means that when doing biling the rate has to be changed on each time entry which is a huge pain. This is an issue with freshdesk. I have called Quickbooks online and they said it was Freshdesk. I have used other time tracking software like tsheets which works fine so I know its possible and that the issue lies with Freshdesk.

Hi,

We will definitely look into giving admins a list of Types under the Sales account head while enabling or editing the integration. The rates for these Types as configured in QuickBooks will be applied to the time sheet entries. This will be added as an enhancement in the subsequent revisions of the integration.

Thanks,

Priyo

It's been a year. Any idea when this might be implemented?

Hi Folks,

This is critical!!  Without billable time entered with the time moved over to quickbooks the possibility for human error is huge. Please let us know with this is going to be fixed.

Also needed is the ability to add a quickbooks "delayed charge" for part's, travel exp etc

It's been 3 years now. Reason I'm visiting this today is the service that freshdesk times show under have changed to a valid service we use daily. Now I can't properly query the old service to see what I have to update. Huge pain. Get with it fresh"works".
