This is a very quick quickwin, I would imagine. Make it so that the overlay window where you find and choose a canned response is enlarged. The crampedness of the current implementation actually hinders productivity, in my experience.

In the new Freshdesk Mint interface, the canned response window opens up as a slider on the screen with larger screen area. Hope you'll like it!
