as we use the support system more and more we find ourselfs constantly fighting the file size limit because we are a software company that sends out fixes to our customers for our software.
These fixes varies in size from 8mb to 22mb in zipped format. Would it be possible to raise the limit so the file size could be 25 insted of 15? That would help us a lot.

The file size limit has been increased to 20MB recently. We're constantly looking to improve on this space but at the moment, the constraint is mainly because of our service provider's limitations.

We've the same problem!
20mb limit is too strict! We've customers and retailers who write to our helpdesk with videos taken from the smartphone which rarely are below 20mb (with iphone 8 you reach 20mb in just 18 seconds of video, only if you set your webcam to minimum details....). With the latest iphone or android (samsung, huawei ecc.) the limit is reached in few seconds.
When you ask them to send again using lower res or webservices like wetransfer you don't always get positive answers...
