I want to ability for our customers to promote a feature they are interested to their peers i.e. other customers so that we know if we need to prioritize a feature or not.
Features championed by customers are better received from peers rather than the service provider.

The users have the option to tweet or post directly to their Facebook wall to garner some interest for the post. This can help in pooling in more votes for the feature.
