I’d like to see an ability to re-arrange and dock your starred views (ticketing / change tickets, etc) and move them around in any order you feel is best… to be able to click, drag and move them to the order we want them to… right now you can’t move them around as they are. I believe SNOW and N1 have this ability. Would be a nice thing to have.

At the moment, there isn’t an option in Freshservice to rearrange or reorder the Starred Views. The views cannot currently be moved or positioned in a custom order.
We understand how the ability to drag and arrange the starred views would make it easier to organize frequently used views according to individual preferences.
