Realtime online visitor updates through chat

Dennis - we do have a view of all visitors and the pages they are currently on (along with location and other meta data). You can access this from the 'Visitors' link in your chat dashboard. It has a delay of a couple of minutes, but I hope that will work for you!

With Freshchat - the new messaging experience in Freshdesk, you'd be able to track the page from which the user initiated the chat. It works realtime and so you can even know if the user navigates to a different page during the conversation - the page from which the last message was sent gets tracked.
