It's in an odd location and the color makes it difficult to identify. I've been using the product for days and I still find myself pausing for a second to figure out how to close the dialogs. Please make the color and location more traditional.

Did you get a chance to look at Freshdesk Mint? The message windows now appear as growls in the browser that can be dismissed easily. Is there anything in specific that you'd like to highlight?
