Our developers would really like to see a way to work with a release planning.
Incoming tickets from our customers are now tagged with "releasenumbers" to group them.
What we would like is a way to
- Add a duplicate functionality to tickets to group different features with eachother for the new release
- To group tickets underneath one ticket
Are there any features from Freshservice that will become available to in Freshdesk?

We, at Freshdesk, use Linked tickets app for release planning/ feature management activities. It allows you to create a parent tracker ticket that can be assigned to the developer group and incoming tickets from the customers can be linked to the tracker. The developer can broadcast a message in the tracker across all the linked tickets and then the respective agents can communicate the release to the customers.
