Can some one kindly help me with the following request. I am unable to fetch the requested for details of a service request in api's, when request is submitted on behalf of others.
Only the requestor information is available (requestor id & requestor name)
Following API's doesn't contain Request For information
helpdesk/tickets/[id].json
api/v2/tickets/[id]?include=requester
api/v2/tickets/[id]/requested_items
helpdesk/tickets/[id]/requested_items.json
