Is there a way to remove the default reply text to a ticket:
Hallo {{ticket.requester.firstname},
Ticket: {{ticketUrl}}
Most of times I have to delete it, which is a bit annoying in my opinion.

Remove automatic ticket reply salute
Go to Admin > Email Notifications > Templates
The one called 'Agent Reply Template' is the one you're referring to.
