Remove company title text from agent portal?

Where is the option to remove the company title text in the header on the agent portal?

Able to do so on the customer portal but can't see an area on agent side.


Using an image logo so the text is not wanted.

Hi


I also want to remove the logo text from  the agent portal. I too have fixed in the customer portal not sure how we can do for agent portal.

Can you please assist asap.

Hi,


Please navigate to Admin -> Portals -> Choose the portal name and then add <blank> tag in the field - Portal name. This would remove the text from the agent portal .

@Stacey : In the Admin -> Portal section , you would be able to add a logo to the portal .

Sorry, should have been more clear. We want to use a picture (like a jpg or png) instead of text for our portal name. Is that possible?

@Stacey : The portal name supports only text value but you can hide the text and use just the logo in that section. Do you think that serves the purpose?
