Remove (/customise / reorder) icons from side menu

I'm not using social. I doubt I'll ever be using social - we're just not that kind of company... 


I'd like to remove the icon from the menu. (Or at least move it to the bottom.)


Is there a way to do this that I'm not seeing?

Regarding your query, it would not be possible to customise the UI of the agent portal. Also, in your case, it just that icon exist for you to configure the social channels when you need it.
