When creating a “meeting” in Freshsales (e.g. at a deal record etc.) it usually sends an email to all contacts in the “attendees”-list.
That eMail has always the greeting:

Team Freshsales
which obviously is extremely confusing for all clients who receive these emails, as they might not even know who Freshsales is and wondering why they are inviting for meetings.
I wouldn’t even have a problem with a light footer below the email content saying “powered by Freshsales” etc. - but having this as a greeting in the content makes the whole “meeting” feature of the CRM unusable!
PS: This has been reported as UX bug several times and I guess we aren't the only ones. Hope to see some change here soon as it would increase the functionality enormously to be finally able to use this feature in daily business.
