Remove 'Neutral' Option from Customer Satisfaction Dashboard

Hi,

We currently use only two scale points in the Customer Satisfaction Survey (Good vs. Bad), but the "Neutral" option still appears on the Dashboard and can’t be removed.

It would be great to have the flexibility to configure the Dashboard to reflect only the options we actually use in the survey. This would help ensure consistency and avoid any confusion when reviewing the results.
