Remove the "Home" and "Solutions" tabs of the Portal (which are purely identical) for Blossom and Garden plans

For Blossom and Garden plans, the Portal has a “Home” tab and a “Solutions” tab, which are purely identical. 
Since these plans cannot have additional tabs either way, it would be logical to remove these tabs which are just confusing to visitors, and for no benefit. Unfortunately it’s not currently possible for the admin to remove these tabs.
