Replace all-caps with camel case in subject line

Reading all-caps subject lines can be stressful during heavy support seasons.  It would be nice to be able to opt-in to a feature that would replace all-caps subject lines with Camel Case or all lower-case (I would actually probably choose all lower-case myself).

We use Freshdesk for internal staff-only support, and many staff use upper-case subject lines to show urgency or catch our eye, not knowing the stress it causes at times.

For that matter, I’d love to be able to put word filters on subject lines as well, so 4 letter words like ASAP don’t show up in our feed (I recognize this is fairly petty and cosmetic, and really should be a training opportunity for our staff, but it might be fun to be able to filter and replace words as well).

If I could, would I drop all-caps, and replace ASAP with “soon, please, if at all possible with your existing commitments” (and yes, I’d want the auto-replies to have the new caps/wording).
