It would be helpful if you could have a report to show ALL TASKs assigned (not completed or completed). This could help managers keep track of all tasks in their group or department.

Could I ask if there is an update on this, it would be really helpful to be able to easily view unassigned tasks.

We need to be able to report on tasks - senior management have told us if FreshService can't deliver on this then we are to move to a different product that can. Stats are vital for our business.

Any update on Tasks reporting? Is it now possible to create a tasks report. Even better a "Live" Tasks report would be very helpful to manage multiple projects with multiple employees and tasks!
