Report only users

Please can you create a new license type at reduced cost which allows those users access to the reporting / analytics only.

We have management that has no interest in other areas of the system but would need to monitor, report, and take decisions based on the performance.

I read in a old post that Freshdesk created the ‘scheduled’ report option for this purpose but that falls short as there will be a need to interrogate the data dynamically outside of a predetermined format.

A day pass is not realistic as this will be a permanent requirement.
