I know that you can filter the helpdesk-in-depth report by tag, but we need a way to report on the created tickets (in a given time period) and be able to show how many tickets (or percentage) came in per tag.
The report would show, for example, if we run it for last month and on Incident type tickets, that 21 tickets were received with printing tag, 5 tickets had application errors, 18 tickets were for password issues, etc.
This could be represented as a table or pie chart, similar to the other reports that exist and with the same filtering criteria.
