Hey everyone,
One of the main things we wanted to achieve with handling our Software licenses within Freshservice was great reporting which could help forecasting. We want to run reports of what software licenses/contracts are assigned to requester Departments - which is currently not available. I know that Department exists as a field in the back-end (probably from Freshworks), but not in the front-end unless added as a Custom Field which we have done.
My suggestion is to add Department in the Requester field list when grouping data:
