We make heavy use of SAML with other services and would like to request that you add support for it.

Request SAML
+1 ... we use OKTA. SAML integration is a showstopper for us; we can't use your product unless it exist.
We also need SAML/OneLogin integration.
At the moment, we just disable user login while we wait, as we were told it's planned but no time frame.
If we don't see this soon, we may need to switch to Zendesk instead.
