Request to log a NEW Ticket from the Requester page.
I am looking to be able to take a call from a Requester , Find the user, see what they have open, then click New and it open a New INC / SR as that User. this then stops duplicate ticket created for the same users without having to go looking and click Recent Tickets etc.
