When our users use the forum of freshdesk, we found the users couldn't edit the topic.
However, one of products that we are using presently, SocialCast, support the edit functionality.
And we are considering use freshdesk instead of SocialCast.
So we are really appreciate that if you could add the edit functionality to freshdesk in the future.
Could you consider about it?
