Is there a way, I can track when the Service item change its stage to Fulfilled?

I want to use this event as a trigger if possible.

@manovades I have also not found a way to do this. I feel like this has been requested but I can’t find the idea listed in the community. I would suggest adding it as an idea here so that we can upvote this. Still not sure why we don’t have workflow triggers for service request fulfillment.

I raised a ticket to the support and they told me that currently this feature is not present. Hope down to road we will have it! :)

The only thing I have seen so far that is related to the requested item stage placeholder is in the Requested Item Stage Change Email notification Template for tickets. The place holders I bolded I can’t seem to find anywhere in Freshservice Documentation for list of dynamic placeholders. They also aren’t listed in the placeholders section of the template itself. I have not modified this template at all besides turning it off to reduce the amount of emails coming from the portal.

I have also tested it in the Automator and these fields return nothing when copying the exact template into a note or email but they produce information when the email notification goes through as normal.

Hi Everyone, 

We have added this item to the roadmap - Stage of a service item being updated from Any to Any as an event for workflows to be triggered. 

It will be out within the next 3 months.
