Requester / Agent - Search Criteria

You should be able to search on specific fields within a person’s profile e.g. I should be able to filter my search based on People’s set department on custom fields e.g. payroll number. From this search, you should be able to bulk update or delete people or other searchable modules. The ability to choose multiple appears to only be available in that module but then the modules only give you the option to search in some e.g. ticket list view.
