You should be able to see what Service Items have specific Request Groups or Agent Groups linked to them so that you can make sure that the right Service Items are visible to each.
This should be seen in those groups themselves so that you can fix them up. Or even have a report you can run to be able to check that certain Service Items are not shared to specific groups without having to go into each one individually and check.
