Is there a way to make the requester name a required field when submitting a ticket? After they enter their email address a name field appears below it, but it is not required. I need it to be. My workaround is to create an additional 'Requester Name" field, but that makes two of them appear and does not look very nice.

Answered my own question - Just had to force new users to sign up and not allow tickets entered without being logged in.
