Please introduce a capability to filter visibility for Agents in similar ways as for Requesters. Using Agent groups as filter is not enough for our organization because we need to filter most Agents visibility based on information like Location and Department and also do this automatically in the same way as for Requesters.
Using agent groups to represent information like location etc is not a feasible solution.
Suggestion: Add a visibility filter based on “All users” and allow that to be filtered based on user location/department etc.
