I have a situation where the person who submits a ticket may be working on behalf of any number of different companies.
We need to be able to identify which company the ticket relates to.
Would it be possible to have a "Company" field in the Submit Ticket window, which populates by default to accommodate most needs, but can be overwritten if necessary with a company that is already set up on the system?

Happy to let you know that the enhancement is now live. You can now associate a contact to more than 20 companies in Freshdesk. Any guesses on the number of companies that's supported now?
It has been increased to a whopping 300. Yeah, you heard it right :D You can now associate a contact to a maximum of 300 companies in Freshdesk!
Tip: Adding 20+ companies to a contact from the UI can be a cumbersome task. If you're setting up a contact for the first time, please use the contact import option to specify the companies separated by || (For example, Freshdesk || Freshworks)
